Apricot Summer Cake
Making the most of beautiful, seasonal apricots with our new summer celebration cake. We've created three layers of sponge with whole spelt flour and a cardamom-brown sugar crust. The top sponge has a layer of apricots baked into the sponge.
These cakes are layered with a whipped mascarpone cream and housemade apricot & chamomile preserve. The cake is topped with toasted, flaked almonds. Small size pictured.
STORAGE & DELIVERY
The cake keeps well in the fridge for up to 2 days. Bring the cake to room temperature before eating. Fruits & flowers are best enjoyed on the day of pick-up/delivery. Please ask if you need decorations packed separately. This is available for pick up or London delivery only
