Black Forest Wedding Cake - Two Tier

Black Forest is one of our most popular bespoke cakes ; we start with a chocolate sponge base and fill it with a combination of chocolate ganache, whipped cream and sour cherry jam. This cake was stacked with the sunshine cake to create a two-tier cake for this special occasion. Both cakes were coated in a white chocolate meringue buttercream for a consistent appearance and decorated with fresh fruits and pink gladioli flowers
