Summer Dream Cake

I spend the Winter dreaming about this cake and long for it's return.

As the title suggests, a summer dream! Three layers of light sponge filled with summer berries and layered with a lemon mascarpone filling. Decorated with summer fruits and flowers.

Enjoy this cake as part of a summer party, a picnic or BBQ or birthday celebration.

Every cake is decorated with berries and flowers in a similar style to the one here. Mini size pictured

All cakes come with three layers of sponge and are approx 4-7" tall
Mini - 4" diameter, serves 4-6 portions
Small - 6" diameter, serves 8-12 portions
Medium - 8" diameter, serves 14-24 portions
Large - 10" diameter, serves 30-40 portions

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS

Suitable for vegetarian diets

Ingredients: sponge (butter (milk), eggs, sugar, wheat flour (cereals containing gluten), cherries, blackcurrants, baking powder, salt), mascarpone icing (mascarpone (milk), cream (milk), lemon curd (lemons, sugar, eggs, butter (milk)), icing sugar. Allergens highlighted in bold. 

This is only suitable for collection or London delivery.

Collection is free from Hackney, E8 4TS. Available Tue - Fri 9am - 5pm and Sat & Sun 10am - 4pm. Mondays on request.

We recommend having your cake collected or delivered on the day you will be eating it.

Decorations, especially fruits and edible flowers look best on the day.

If you are not having it on the day, please ask to have decorations packed separately or we can decorate with dried fruits & flowers instead. 

Cakes should be stored in the fridge and brought to room temperature before eating (1-2 hours)

Store cake in the box provided. Once sliced, cover up any exposed cake with cling wrap or similar. Any leftover cake can be wrapped or boxed, and frozen for up to one month.
