Keep it classic with our vanilla genoise sponge, filled with vanilla bean mascarpone and housemade raspberry jam. Finished with a layer of deliciously silky white chocolate meringue buttercream.

Each cake is uniquely decorated, our bakers will decorate with seasonal fruit and flowers in the styles pictured here. 

All cakes come with three layers of sponge and are approx 4-7" tall
Mini - 4" diameter, serves 4-6 portions
Small - 6" diameter, serves 8-12 portions
Medium - 8" diameter, serves 14-24 portions
Large - 10" diameter, serves 30-40 portions

Ingredients: sponge (sugar, wheat flour (cereals containing gluten), eggs, butter (milk), vanilla extract (contains alcohol), lemon zest, salt). mascarpone (pasteurised cream (milk), pasteurised milk, citric acid), raspberry jam (raspberries, sugar), outside coating (white chocolate meringue buttercream (butter (milk), sugar, egg whites, white chocolate (cane sugar, cocoa butter, full cream milk, lactose, sunflower lecithin, vanilla beans)) Allergens highlighted in bold.  

This is only suitable for collection or London delivery.

Collection is free from Hackney, E8 4TS. Available Tue - Fri 9am - 5pm and Sat & Sun 10am - 4pm. Mondays on request.

Delivery is priced per km and starts at £10. If you would like a quote, please add the cake to your cart and view delivery cost at checkout. We recommend having your cake collected or delivered on the day you will be eating it.

Decorations, especially fruits and edible flowers look best on the day.

If you are not having it on the day, please ask to have decorations packed separately or we can decorate with dried fruits & flowers instead. 

Cakes should be stored in the fridge and brought to room temperature before eating (1-2 hours)

Store cake in the box provided. Once sliced, cover up any exposed cake with cling wrap or similar. Any leftover cake can be wrapped or boxed, and frozen for up to one month.
