An homage to our morning brew. Three layers of sponge flecked with earl grey tea, layered with vanilla mascarpone and a zingy yuzu curd. Finished with a silky smooth meringue buttercream.

Every cake is decorated with dried orange, cornflowers, fruits and petals in a similar style to the ones here.
