Mango & Coconut Cake

Making the most of the short but sweet Indian mango season. Three layers of coconut cake filled with chantilly cream and mango jam and coated with mango meringue buttercream

Order this seasonal special for a birthday celebration, picnic in the park or summer wedding. 

Each cake is uniquely decorated, our bakers will decorate with seasonal fruit and flowers in the styles pictured here. 

All cakes come with three layers of sponge and are approx 4-7" tall
Mini - 4" diameter, serves 4-6 portions
Small - 6" diameter, serves 8-12 portions
Medium - 8" diameter, serves 14-24 portions
Large - 10" diameter, serves 30-40 portions

2 Tier - 6" & 4" stacked, serves 20-30 portions
2 Tier - 8" & 6" stacked, serves 40-60 portions
Box of 12 Little cakes - serves 12 portions

Ingredients: cake (sugar, butter (milk), egg whites, coconut cream (coconut extract, water, stabiliser, emulsifier), wheat flour (cereals containing gluten), coconut, baking powder, salt). mango meringue buttercream (butter (milk), sugar, egg whites), mango jam (mango, sugar). Some edible flowers used for decoration may contain the following allergens : celery, mustard.  Allergens highlighted in bold. 

This is only suitable for collection or London delivery.

Collection is free from Hackney, E8 4TS. Available Tue - Fri 9am - 5pm and Sat & Sun 10am - 4pm. Mondays on request.

We recommend having your cake collected or delivered on the day you will be eating it.

Decorations, especially fruits and edible flowers look best on the day.

If you are not having it on the day, please ask to have decorations packed separately or we can decorate with dried fruits & flowers instead. 

Cakes should be stored in the fridge and brought to room temperature before eating (1-2 hours)

Store cake in the box provided. Once sliced, cover up any exposed cake with cling wrap or similar. Any leftover cake can be wrapped or boxed, and frozen for up to one month.
