Our sheet cakes are crafted with two layers of sponge and a delicious filling, all coated in a rustic style meringue buttercream. Looking for a custom size not listed here? Please email orders@ekbakery.co.uk and we can discuss bringing your vision to life!

  • Vanilla & Raspberry - vanilla & raspberry sponge with vanilla mascarpone
  • Double Chocolate - chocolate sponge with dark chocolate meringue butterceream
  • Chocolate Sesame - chocolate sponge with sesame meringue buttercream
  • Sunshine - banana, coconut, carrot, pecan & pineapple sponge with cream cheese
  • Chocolate Guinness - stout chocolate sponge with cream cheese
  • Sicilian Lemon - lemon soaked almond sponge, with chantilly cream & lemon curd

As our designs are guided by seasonality and availability, we’re unable to accommodate specific decoration requests for cakes from our menu. For a fully bespoke design, we invite you to complete our custom cake form.

    Collection is free from Hackney (E8 4TS).
    • Monday-Friday: 9am-4:30pm
    • Saturday-Sunday: 10am-4pm

    Delivery within London is charged depending on distance and starts from £12.50. You can view a full list of delivery fees here. We’re also happy to provide a delivery quote for postcodes not listed, email us at orders@ekbakery.co.uk.

    You’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout. On the day of delivery, tracking details will be sent to you.

    For the best experience, enjoy your cake on the day of collection or delivery. Decorations do not keep well overnight. Leftover slices can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months - always in an airtight container to keep them perfectly moist. Allow your cake to come to room temperature before serving.
