Summer Dream Cake

I spend the Winter dreaming about this cake and long for its return.

As the title suggests, a summer dream! Three layers of light sponge filled with summer berries and layered with a lemon mascarpone filling. Decorated with summer fruits and flowers.

Decoration is included on every cake, as shown in our photos, using fresh fruits and flowers based on seasonality and availability. We can't take specific decoration requests on menu cakes - for a fully bespoke design, we invite you to fill out our custom cake form.

For the best experience, enjoy your cake on the day of collection or delivery. Decorations do not keep well overnight. Leftover slices can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months - always in an airtight container to keep them perfectly moist. Allow your cakes to come to room temperature before serving.
3 layers of sponge per cake, approximately 4-5" tall

Serving estimates are given as a range. The lower number assumes generous, party-sized slices; the upper number assumes smaller dessert-sizes portions.

Mini 4" - serves 4-6 portions
Small 6" - serves 8-14 portions
Medium 8" - serves 16-24 portions
Large 10" - serves 30-40 portions
