Vegan Pumpkin Spice Little Cakes

Autumnal little cakes fit for any celebration. Soft pumpkin sponges, decorated with coconut cream cheese and autumnal fruits.

Ingredients: plain flour (cereals containing gluten), pumpkin puree, sunflower oil, aquafaba, light brown sugar, dark brown sugar, pumpkin spice mix (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, cloves), baking powder, baking soda, fine sea salt, plant-based cream cheese, icing sugar

This is only suitable for collection or London delivery.

Collection is free from Hackney, E8 4TS. Available Tue - Fri 9am - 5pm and Sat & Sun 10am - 4pm. Mondays on request.

We recommend having your cake collected or delivered on the day you will be eating it.

Decorations, especially fruits and edible flowers look best on the day.

If you are not having it on the day, please let us know and we can decorate with fruits & dried flowers that will last. Add a note at checkout, or email us orders@ekbakery.co.uk.

Cakes should be stored in the fridge and brought to room temperature before eating (1-2 hours).

Store cake in the box provided. Once sliced, cover up any exposed cake with cling wrap or similar. Any leftover cake can be wrapped or boxed, and frozen for up to one month.
