ALLERGENS & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
You can request vegan or no-gluten brownies across any of the letterbox or postal brownie options. All brownies and most of the cakes are halal - we don’t use any gelatine and any bakes that contain alcohol will be highlighted. Please contact if you are unsure.
Brownies contain: cereals containing gluten, milk, egg. Many flavour options contain nuts, peanut or sesame
Cakes contain: cereals containing gluten, milk, egg, nuts, sesame. Some flavours contain soya, peanut or sulphur dioxide
Halal/Eggless/Vegan/Dairy-free/Gluten-free diets can be catered for however please note we bake in a kitchen which handles cereals containing gluten, milk, egg, nuts, sesame, peanut, soya, sulphur dioxide (a preservative found in some dried fruits) and alcohol. For this reason we cannot guarantee an absence of trace of allergens. Please discuss any allergens or intolerances with us before placing your order (email@example.com)
We can include personal cards or company branding with your baked treats. We do not offer written messages on the cakes but can include a handwritten notecard or a personalised cake topper (we require at least seven days notice for a custom topper)

WEDDING & EVENTS CATERINGEK BAKERY provides bakes for office treats, press events, celebrations & weddings. Get in touch if you require multiple trays of brownies or cakes - firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 24 hours. We offer personalisation or branding on your cakes or brownies and we can design bespoke menus to complement a theme or occasion.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you or your recipient are happy with your baked treats. If for some reason, you are dissatisfied with the quality of the item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will endeavour to resolve this.
For London hand delivery, please ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery at the time chosen on the website. Deliveries must be checked on receipt. If there has been a problem during transit, please let us know of this as soon as possible and we will resolve this for you.
For postal delivery, parcels can occasionally be delayed. Please let us know if you or your recipient has not received the order within 7 working days from dispatch and we will ensure to fix this.
We take responsibility for the handling and timeliness of your deliveries. Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for incorrect delivery details including names, addresses and contact numbers. If deliveries are refused or delayed due to missing details, we cannot provide a refund or redelivery for these. Please ensure these are correct at the time of ordering.
