Climpson & Sons Menu Collaboration

A fun weekend collaboration with our coffee supplier, Climpson & Sons. The Climpsons team sent us a range of their coffee products including decaf options and we set to work creating a special menu 

Vietnamese Coffee Blondie - inspired by Vietnamese coffees we made a condensed milk coffee caramel and swirled it through our signature blondies and topped with coffee beans

Coffee Custard Brownie - brownie base topped with decaf coffee custard

Tiramisu Brownie - brownie base topped with coffee & amaretto-soaked genoise sponge and topped with mascarpone and cocoa

Oat Flat White Cake - coffee sponge, soaked with coffee syrup and layered with oat whipped cream

Cappuccino Cake - walnut muscovado sponge layered with espresso mascarpone and a dusting of cocoa

Banana Bread with whipped espresso butter

Coconut Coffee Cookies 

Milk Chocolate & Coffee Bean Cookies - milk chocolate chip, rolled in nibbed coffee bean

Coffee Bean, Mascarpone & Honey Focaccia - this one of those slightly bizarre combinations that just works
