A house favourite, this is a light fruit cake filled with a delicious layer of marzipan, with an extra layer on top for good measure. Letterbox sized, this cake fits through the letterbox so can be delivered at any time of the day.
A traditional cake for Easter and Mother's Day. Our Simnel cake is filled with currants, sultanas and cherries, it has a layer of house-made almond paste baked into the centre and is topped with toasted almond paste.

PACKAGING
This cake will keep for 7 days from dispatch. Once opened, keep in an airtight container and consume within 4 days. This cake can also be frozen for up to three months. In case you are sending to friends or family, our serving and storage suggestions are included as a note with the cake.
