Easter Simnel Cake

A traditional cake for Easter. Our Simnel cake is filled with currants, sultanas and cherries, it has a layer of house-made almond paste baked into the centre and is topped with toasted almond paste.

Need to know:

• Available 8th - 20th April. Place advance orders using the date selector at checkout
• Includes a handwritten notecard, add your message at checkout
• These brownies can be posted nationwide, hand delivered in London or collected from our kitchen (E8 4TS) 

PACKAGING & DELIVERY

This cake will keep for 7 days from dispatch. Once opened, keep in an airtight container and consume within 4 days. This cake can also be frozen for up to three months. In case you are sending to friends or family, our serving and storage suggestions are included as a note with the cake. 

5" square cake (approx. 8 servings) with the option to have the cake wrapped in a reusable gift box, with golden yellow satin ribbon

INGREDIENTS

Suitable for vegetarian diets.

Ingredients: mixed fruit (currants, sultanas, cherries (cherries, sulphur dioxide)), almond paste (almonds, icing sugar, sugar, eggs, almond extract, orange blossom water), butter (milk), sugar, wheat flour (cereals containing gluten), eggs, almonds, lemon, orange, mixed spice (coriander, cinnamon (cassia), ginger, nutmeg, cloves), baking powder, salt. Allergens highlighted in bold.

This can be posted anywhere in the UK or collected from our kitchen in Hackney.

We wrap the treats tightly in eco-cellophane so they keep well for one week from dispatch.

Postal orders are dispatched every day Tuesday to Friday. 1st Class delivery is £3.50 and 24H Tracked delivery is £6.
