Vegan & No Gluten Sunshine Cake
One of our signature creations - banana, pineapple, coconut, carrot & pecan sponge with a plant-based cream cheese icing and pineapple flowers. We've specially developed our recipe to work as a no-gluten and plant-based option.

Ingredients: plant-based cream cheese, no-gluten flour blend (corn flour, corn starch, ground almonds, no-gluten flour), light brown sugar, sunflower oil, carrot, banana, pineapple, icing sugar (sugar, cornflour), coconut (sulphur dioxide), pecans, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, sea salt. Allergens highlighted in bold. Produced in a kitchen which handles cereals containing gluten, milk, egg, nuts, peanut and sesame.
A common question we receive is which size cake should we go for. The answer really depends on how much cake you want to eat! Our serving sizes are suggestions. If you are choosing between 2 sizes, opt for the larger size as any leftovers can be kept for 1-2 days. We require just two days notice for these cakes
Celebration Cakes (decorated with fresh fruits and flowers)
Due to their fragile nature, these cakes are only suitable for hand delivery in London or collection from EC1R 0NE. This will be specified in the item listing. All celebration cakes come with three layers of sponge and are over 4" high.
Mini - 4" wide, serves 4-6 slices
Small - 6" wide, serves 8-12 slices
Medium - 8" wide, serves 14-20 slices
Large - 10" wide, serves 30-40 slices
We have specifically developed a range of cakes that keep well for several days from posting and can stand up being sent in the post. Iced cakes should be eaten within 2-3 days of receipt. Un-iced cakes should be eaten within 7 days of receipt and can be frozen for up to 3 months.
