P & D got in touch to see if we could create a special, single-tier wedding cake for their upcoming nuptials. The cake needed to be vegan, and free-from gluten, soya and peanuts and they requested it to be decorated with a simple, elegant pearl decoration
Our signature sunshine cake is, hands-down, our favourite customisable cake on the menu for vegan and no-gluten diets. The wheat flour we usually use is replaced with our own blend of ground almonds, polenta and no-gluten flour. The cake is packed with banana, pineapple, carrot, coconut, and toasted pecans and instead of a cream cheese filling, we use a coconut-based cream cheese which pairs excellently with the flavours and textures of the cake.
