Easter Letterbox Simnel Cake

A house favourite, this is a light fruit cake filled with a delicious layer of marzipan baked through the middle and an extra layer on top for good measure. Letterbox sized, this cake fits through the letterbox so can be delivered at any time of the day.

Each pack contains one large slice to serve two. Each serving is 1" x 2.5". See our larger Simnel cake here

INGREDIENTS

Suitable for vegetarian diets

Ingredients: mixed fruit (currants, sultanas, cherries (cherries, sulphur dioxide)), almond paste (almonds, icing sugar, sugar, eggs, almond extract, orange blossom water), butter (milk), sugar, wheat flour (cereals containing gluten), eggs, almonds, lemon, orange, mixed spice (coriander, cinnamon (cassia), ginger, nutmeg, cloves), baking powder, salt. Allergens highlighted in bold.

This can be posted anywhere in the UK or collected from our kitchen in Hackney.

We wrap the treats tightly in eco-cellophane so they keep well for one week from dispatch.

Postal orders are dispatched every day Tuesday to Friday. 1st Class delivery is £3.50 and 24H Tracked delivery is £6.
