Mother's Day Simnel Cake

A house favourite, this is a light fruit cake filled with a delicious layer of marzipan, with an extra layer on top for good measure,

A traditional cake for Easter and Mother's Day. Our Simnel cake is filled with currants, sultanas and cherries, it has a layer of house-made almond paste baked into the centre and is topped with toasted almond paste.

PACKAGING

This cake will keep for 7 days from dispatch. Once opened, keep in an airtight container and consume within 4 days. This cake can also be frozen for up to three months. In case you are sending to friends or family, our serving and storage suggestions are included as a note with the cake. 

5" square cake (approx. 8 servings) with the option to have the cake wrapped in a reusable gift box, with golden yellow satin ribbon

1st Class delivery is £3.50 and 24H Tracked delivery is £6

COLLECTION & LONDON HAND DELIVERY Orders can be collected from our Hackney bakery from Thursday 27th - Sunday 30th March. Hand delivery within London available from Thursday 27th - Saturday 29th March.
