Snowflake Gingerbread Biscuits

Inspired by traditional Swedish gingerbread we've created these spiced, treacle biscuits. Warmly spiced with ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and pepper and beautifully crisp with a snowflake design and topped with a dusting of sugar. 

These biscuits are an excellent crowd-pleasing gift for friends, relatives or teachers
