Mature Brandy Christmas Cake

A luxury Christmas fruit cake, packed with a rich selection of brandy-soaked fruits: figs, cherries, raisins, apricots, prunes, dates, currants & sultanas. This is the ultimate treat to keep until the new year and beyond, it's wonderful with a mug of tea on a dark January afternoon.  

Made by hand, we bake a small number of cakes each year and let them mature for months before shipping. This allows the flavour to develop into a rich cake with a tender crumb. 5" square cake, serves approximately 10 portions

Fruits (brandy, raisins, golden raisins, sultanas, currants, apricots, prunes, dates, figs, glace cherries, marmalade) (sulphur dioxide), unsalted butter (milk), light brown sugar, almonds (ground and whole), wheat flour (cereals containing gluten), brandy, eggs, orange, lemon, spices, baking powder. Contains alcohol. Allergens highlighted in bold.
