This autumn sees the return of this soft, spiced pumpkin cake. Baked using sweet pumpkin, spiced with nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and allspice and paired with a cream cheese icing. This celebration cake features three sponges layered with cream cheese icing.

STORAGE & INGREDIENTS
The cake keeps well in the fridge for up to two days. Fruit & flower decorations are best enjoyed on the day, please ask if you need decorations packed separately.
